Meet Candace "Coach Felyne" Liger
Peace, I’m Candace (she/they). I consider myself a Body Enthusiast. I get really excited about bodies, the magic of them, the complexity, the strength, and the stories carried within each of us. I've dedicated my career to helping folks get connected to their bodies in new, exciting ways. Curiosity is the ultimate motivator.
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the creator of JahRation Nation Dance Fitness. This program has not only supported thousands of women and femmes, but it is truly a part of my love language - NOTHING is better than feeling JOY in my body!
I learned very early in my career that the type of fitness I wanted to provide would do more than just work towards a certain body aesthetic. JahRation Nation classes are a sacred space of healing and community. I worked hard to blend my expertise as a fitness professional, advocate, and artist to create experiences that feel safe and restorative. For me, fitness is about vitality and trusting in our abilities to thrive in these streets. All bodies are welcome.
